FLORIDA SOY CANDLES

Graphic Design and Illustration work for Florida, a fragrance and homeware independent business based in Spain.  

THE CHALLENGE

Florida, an independent fragrance and homeware business based in Spain, was preparing to launch its first line of handcrafted soy candles. The brand needed a visual identity that reflected its core values: natural, sustainable, and rooted in the beauty of flowers. The identity had to work seamlessly across packaging and promotional materials, be elegant while capturing both the artisanal character of the products and the tranquil atmosphere they aim to bring.

THE SOLUTION

The visual identity created balances expressiveness with serenity. 
The typeface takes inspiration from 1970s design, giving the brand a warm, nostalgic and humanistic touch and evokes calmness and comfort. A soft and bright colour palette, based on the dried flowers used in the candles, reinforces the organic and sustainable ethos. Alongside the logo, a series of assets was designed to ensure a consistent yet flexible brand presence across print and social media.

Florida’s identity communicates the brand’s values while appealing to customers seeking peace in their everyday surroundings.
